Within the scope of Yoncalı Irrigation Project, a 9 thousand 262 m long tunnel with an inner diameter of 4,5 m covered with concrete inside will be built via a “Tunnel Boring Machine” (TBM).

The conveyance tunnel which will be built within this project is going to irrigate the productive agricultutal lands of 23 settlements.
Approximately 175 thousand hectar agricultural land will be irrigated with the project. 44,05 km of main channel will be constructed for the irrigation network of 175 thousand decar land.
It is aimed with the project that 83.327.759,98 TL contribution to the national economy and employement for 52 thousand people are provided.
