We have realized our first project of 11 storeys and 26 thousand sqm mall of which 12 thousand sqm is a hotel in Van city center.
It is built at the busiest avenues of Van city on the land which was previously the old Government Office. The construction site which is close to the State Hospital, Court House, Police Headquarters, State Theatre and other commercial areas, is also situated at an area on which commercial life is dense. It is a prospective center of attention in Van.
Our Mall and Hotel construction is planned as a total of 18 floors in which 3 basement floors + ground floor+ 4 floors of MAll and 10 floors for accomodation are found. In the project in which 4 floors are designed as Mall, a total of 50 stores are present. Other than these, ATMs, cafeteria and food areas, bowling, movie theather and recreational zones are found. Also, large pedestrian paths and resting places for visitors are found. A closed car park is present on the basement floors so that parking lots are sufficient enough not to cause any problems.
We aim with the project will increase the economic, social and cultural potential of Van city that the city develop and create employment opportunities.
