Yörük Holding, was founded in 1983 as ‘Abdurrahman Nafiz Yörük’ Private Company and prospered steadily by the efforts of its founders,Abdurrahman Nafiz Yörük and Fatih Yörük, continues its activities in the construction sector in areas of highway, bridge, viaduct, tunnel, rail system lines, railroads, subways, airports, pists, apron, housing estates, penal institution, sports facilities, dams, irrigation facilities, conveyance tunnels and marine structures construction. Moreover, Yörük Holding, presents it self in areas such as Production Plants, Malls and Hotels, Agriculture and Live stocks, Real Estate Partnerships and Social Resposibility Projects, plays an active role in new areas day by day.
Yörük Holding proves its quality and credibility with intemational certificates such as ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standards, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Standard and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Healthand Quality Management Systems Standard.

Milestones

1983 The foundation of the Holding was laid in 1983 by Abdurrahman Nafiz Yoruk Personal Company.

1990 In 1990, the Company expanded its field of activity and switched from the private company to Yoruk Construction Limited Company.

1992 YTY Construction Co., Ltd., which is the core of Yoruk Holding in 1992, started its operations with concrete batching plants, sand and stone quarries and oil offices.

1998 In 1998 YTY Asphalt Joint Stock Company was founded, which had field of activity such as highways, divided roads, bridges, tunnels and viaducts.

2008 In 2008, Yörük Construction Limited Company was established with the same title and operating in many different fields such as road works, tunnel and bridge works, building superstructure works, marine structures and coastal arrangements.

2010 In 2010, Static Water Construction Incorporated Company was founded with dams, ponds, transmission tunnels, irrigation canals and so on.

2011 In 2011, on behalf of Cemil Yoruk, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company Abdurrahman Nafiz Yörük's esteemed father, was established Cemiloglu Construction Incorporated Company to perform activities in the field of road works and building superstructure works.
